Youthfully supple and full-fruited, redolent of spiced cherries when first poured and helped along by a healthy complement of oak. Its juicy cherry flavor is reined in by mineral, grippy tannins. It’s the sort of Oregon Pinot Noir that has the stuffing to reward the patient.

Dai Crisp grows all of the grapes used in our wines in USDA/Oregon Certified Organic vineyards. He has been farming vineyards this way for 25 years. This philosophy of using a natural approach with minimal intervention also predominantly influences our winemaker, Julia Cattrall.
