He has been farming vineyards this way for 20 years. This philosophy

the winemaking.

Full of the same beautiful, clean, crisp, citrusy
qualities that you love in this Pinot Gris. We keep hearing things
like "mmmm pear, mmmm peaches, mmmm grapefruit..." And
it just won Gold Medals at the 2010 Oregon Wine Awards and the
Northwest Wine Summit and scored an 89 in the Wine Spectator.

This is Dai's first Gris from Temperance Hill and
it is stunning. A dry, elegant wine that expresses the minerality
and terrior of the vineyard. Fresh aromatics of wildflowers and
pear tart. Focuses into a long finish. Stainless and barrel fermented.

A beautiful, clear ruby/garnet Pinot Noir with
the spicy, red fruit and cherry that is characteristic of this
yummy blend from four blocks of fruit at Temperance Hill and our
one block of fruit here at Wren. Elegant and delicate in the classic
Oregon Pinot Noir style. 719 cases. 13% alc. Food

peppery spiciness of Temperance Hill resulting in this bold, savory
