Generous, fully realized flavors of cranberries, blackberries, and black cherries all balance together in this bold, underlined, and italicized declaration of the ‘22 vintage. Soft spoken acidity guides the orotund tannins to an eloquent and genteel expression of everything this wine has to say. Happy to be drunk now or aged 10 years, it should pair well with pork, roasted fall vegetables, risotto, and a thesaurus.

All of the grapes used in our wines come from USDA/Oregon Certified Organic vineyards. Dai Crisp grows most of these himself and has been farming vineyards organically for 34 years. This philosophy of using a natural approach with minimal intervention also predominantly influences our winemaker, Boone McCoy-Crisp.
