The Lumos signatures of balance and restrained alcohol are on full display here. The show starts with aromas of dried rose petals and Belgian waffles covered in fresh strawberries. Flavors like raspberry coulis, cinnamon, clove and black tea are ably supported by just enough acidity and silky tannins. Serve with a lazy Sunday

First known as The Babies, this Pinot Noir comes from one of the first blocks that Dai planted when he took over management of Temperance Hill back in 1999. All of the grapes used in our wines come from USDA/Oregon Certified Organic vineyards. Dai grows most of these himself and has been farming vineyards organically for 34 years, 25 of those years at Temperance Hill. This philosophy of using a natural approach with minimal intervention also predominantly influences our winemaker, Boone McCoy-Crisp.
