The aromas of pulverized mandarin orange segments mixing with almonds, peach and wet slate are worth this wine’s asking price all by themselves. The wine’s crisp acidity and flavors of tangerines and mint are a nice bonus. I don’t think I’ve ever had a Sauvignon Blanc quite like this one.

This Sauvignon Blanc was planted in 1985 right here on our own Wren Vineyard. All of the grapes used in our wines come from USDA/Oregon Certified Organic vineyards. Dai Crisp grows most of these himself and has been farming vineyards organically for 34 years. This philosophy of using a natural approach with minimal intervention also predominantly influences our winemaker, Boone McCoy-Crisp.
