The Wren is an estate wine with fetching aromas of Mirabelle plums, roasted lemons and a mildly minty touch of linden flower honey. The wine’s flavors balance buttered corn on the cob with the tang of juniper berries and grapefruit. The wine tiptoes to the edge of medium bodied territory, with gentle acidity.

This Chardonnay is grown on our own Wren Vineyard. All of the grapes used in our wines come from USDA/Oregon Certified Organic vineyards. Dai Crisp grows most of these himself and has been farming vineyards organically for 34 years. This philosophy of using a natural approach with minimal intervention also predominantly influences our winemaker, Boone McCoy-Crisp.
